Road Paint Testing
Road paint is the most common road marking material – used in all climates across North America. Gecan tests road paint to determine, among other things, the water content, water resistance, colour and brightness. We serve the road marking and construction industries by helping them to ensure the integrity of the paint used for their road markings.
Another road marking material, glass beads are applied on top of newly-laid road paint to enhance retro-reflectivity in dark / wet conditions. We test glass beads for quality and to confirm consistent application across the paint surface.
